These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Travel Stamps (the "app", "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Travel Stamps helps you plan trip itineraries, track places you've visited, build packing lists, and set trip reminders. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the app, and the app is not directed at children under 13 (see our Privacy Policy).
You're responsible for keeping your Apple ID and account secure, and for anything that happens under your account.
Trip plans, place suggestions, walking/transit times, and packing lists are generated with the help of AI and mapping data, and are provided for planning purposes only. We don't guarantee that a suggested place is open, exists in the form described, or that a travel-time estimate is exact. Always verify opening hours, safety, and travel conditions yourself before relying on a suggestion — especially for anything time-sensitive.
Travel Stamps offers an optional paid membership ("Travel Pro") unlocking longer trips, unlimited trip history, offline access, and expanded suggestions. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system and are subject to Apple's own terms.
You keep ownership of the trips, notes, and places you create in the app ("your content"). You're responsible for what you save, and for making sure it doesn't violate anyone else's rights or the law.

You can permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your account, trips, and saved places, and cannot be undone. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that itinerary or travel-time suggestions will be accurate. Travel involves inherent risk — use your own judgment, especially regarding safety, local laws, and travel advisories at your destination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Stamps and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss related to travel plans, missed reservations, or reliance on itinerary suggestions.
We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
